For the past four years our mother has been a resident at Excellent Care ALF. Excellent Care is home style living with staff who are friendly, patient, and gentle with the residents. Mother enjoys the home cooking, and we have no complaints with the care she receives. But most of all, during this time of Co-Vid 19 infections, the owner, setting strict guidelines for staff, patients and visitors, and following the recommendations of AHCA, has managed to make the ALF a completely virus free environment. My father is a resident at this ALF and I must say, hands down I am amazed at the excellent care he receives here. I came from a nursing home, where my father was being treated like just a number, but here, from the moment I walked in, I felt like he was just part of the family. Everyone is so caring, kind, and very attentive to details. Thank you so much for taking care of my father! You guys are the best!
